This is the second time I watched this drama and I am still enjoying it. How Master Fei and Uncle Wu Zu trained Fan Xian was so funny. One kept feeding Fan Xian poison and the other one was beating him up. Once the training is over, Fan Xian will be immune to poison, and his body will not hurt anymore because he was beaten up enough that his body will not feel pain anymore.
这是我第二次看这部剧了，我仍然很喜欢它。费老爷子和五竹叔训练范闲的方式真是太搞笑了。一个不断给范闲喂毒，另一个则对范闲进行殴打。一旦训练结束，范闲就会免疫毒，身体也不会再痛，因为被打够了，身体就不会再痛了
This is my 3rd time watching this. Man I love this show so much. I cannot wait for season 2! It's what I looked forward to all 2023.

By far the best cdrama i have ever watched the acting,writing and directing were on point in every episode Fan Xian was such a great lead and every character in the show fit so well to the story.

Brilliantly done! We are all going to wonder about Fan Xian's so-called death. Of course, he is not going to die, we all know that. So anxious for Season 2 to begin. I have been waiting patiently for a great drama since Nirvana In Fire, and nothing remotely close to it has come along, until now. I finally watched this series, and now I completely understand everyone's obsession with it! I hope season 2 keeps most of the cast, though I understand XZ won't be in it. This was truly one of the best C-dramas I've seen yet!
