在我幾十年的職業作曲生涯中，作品被盜版已經成了司空見慣的事情。並且，在專業圈裏有個共識就是：被盜版是對作曲家的一種變相的贊許。對此，我也真是無語了，哈哈。在這種情況下，除非因被盜版造成了極其嚴重的損失下，著作權人迫於無奈，才會進行維權。否則，大家似乎都采取靜觀事態發展的靜默姿態，因為打版權官司的成本實在是太高了，況且周期漫長，這也是眾多作曲家倍感無奈的狀況。
我創作的這首【愛的路】就遭遇到了這種情況。【愛的路】是我為我的小師妹謝宏女士投資的，由邱曉軍導演執導的電視劇【歲月驕陽】所創作的主題歌。盡管這部電視劇至今還未播出，但朱江先生演唱的這個版本的歌曲，卻屢遭盜版。盡管我對丟版也有大致的懷疑，可因為缺乏足夠的證據，從而令人束手無策。
既然已經丟版了，那就換種心態吧，索性大大方方地展示給大家，呵呵呵，希望大家能喜歡這首歌。

This is what happened to the song "The Way of Love" that I wrote. "The Road of Love" is the theme song created by the TV drama "Years of Hot Sun" directed by Qiu Xiaojun, which I invested for my younger sister Ms. Xie Hong. Although the TV series has not yet been broadcast, this version of the song performed by Mr. Zhu Jiang has been pirated repeatedly. Although I also have a general suspicion of the loss of the version, but because of the lack of sufficient evidence, so helpless.
