在我几十年的职业作曲生涯中，作品被盗版已经成了司空见惯的事情。并且，在专业圈里有个共识就是：被盗版是对作曲家的一种变相的赞许。对此，我也真是无语了，哈哈。在这种情况下，除非因被盗版造成了极其严重的损失下，著作权人迫于无奈，才会进行维权。否则，大家似乎都采取静观事态发展的静默姿态，因为打版权官司的成本实在是太高了，况且周期漫长，这也是众多作曲家倍感无奈的状况。
我创作的这首【爱的路】就遭遇到了这种情况。【爱的路】是我为我的小师妹谢宏女士投资的，由邱晓军导演执导的电视剧【岁月骄阳】所创作的主题歌。尽管这部电视剧至今还未播出，但朱江先生演唱的这个版本的歌曲，却屡遭盗版。尽管我对丢版也有大致的怀疑，可因为缺乏足够的证据，从而令人束手无策。
既然已经丢版了，那就换种心态吧，索性大大方方地展示给大家，呵呵呵，希望大家能喜欢这首歌。

This is what happened to the song "The Way of Love" that I wrote. "The Road of Love" is the theme song created by the TV drama "Years of Hot Sun" directed by Qiu Xiaojun, which I invested for my younger sister Ms. Xie Hong. Although the TV series has not yet been broadcast, this version of the song performed by Mr. Zhu Jiang has been pirated repeatedly. Although I also have a general suspicion of the loss of the version, but because of the lack of sufficient evidence, so helpless.
