覃 剛 ，（男，49歲），出生年月：1975年3月，籍貫：中國重慶市，四川美術學院學士學位。
重慶漫畫協會會員；
香港文聯美術家協會會員。
作品多次獲獎：2003年，作品【小渡船】獲得重慶市高校藝術節二等獎。2006年，作品【Man in the fog】在英國環保宣傳片中獲得二等獎。2010年，受邀參加法國國際風景畫大展，作品【郊外的村莊】受到國際藝術界的高度評價。2015年，作品【郊外的小河】被香港商人收藏。2021年，策劃展覽重慶九龍坡區職工文化藝術中心舉辦的70周年畫展，並擔任專家評委（油畫）。2024年，參加了重慶觀鳥協會【太陽鳥】自然筆記比賽並獲得一等獎。

Qin Gang, (male, 49 years old), born in March 1975, native place: Chongqing, China, holds a bachelor's degree from Sichuan Academy of Fine Arts.
Member of Chongqing Manga Association;
Member of the Hong Kong Federation of Literary and Art Circles Artists Association.
The work has won multiple awards: In 2003, the work "Little Ferry" won the second prize at the Chongqing University Art Festival. In 2006, the work "Man in the fog" won second prize in the UK environmental promotional video. In 2010, he was invited to participate in the French International Landscape Painting Exhibition, and his work "Villages in the Countryside" received high praise from the international art community. In 2015, the work "A Small River in the Countryside" was collected by Hong Kong merchants. In 2021, planned and exhibited the 70th anniversary art exhibition held by the Chongqing Jiulongpo District Employee Culture and Art Center, and served as an expert judge (oil painting). In 2024, participated in the Chongqing Birdwatching Association's Sunbird Nature Note Competition and won first prize.
