張尚國 男，筆名松石，號雞鳴山人，尚書堂主，1959年5月生於炎帝神農故裏、編鐘古樂之鄉隨州（隨縣）。 文旅部中國書畫院，國家民族畫院 - 書畫家、牛津藝朮學院博士生導師、湖北省書法家協會、中國楹聯學會會員、中國書畫家聯誼會新文藝群體工作委員會委員、中國企業文化促進會藝術家工作委員會委員，中國國際文學藝術界聯合會 藝術委員會委員，中國國際文學藝術家協會 常務理事，國賓禮藝術家，民族書畫家報、中國書法大字典編委、雅昌藝術網會員……。 被中華人民共和國文化和旅遊部及國家藝術職稱國家美術師職稱評定委員會授予:國家一級美術師，著名藝術家，張尚國書畫工作室，榮譽稱號！自幼愛好書畫篆刻及攝影藝術，尤擅書畫篆不刻，主攻書法，學而不輟，博采眾長，現諸體能，其作品既繼承傳統又有創新並具有個人特色。他認為，學書重在悟，學我：的者亡、叛我者生。由於他的藝術功底紮實，底氣十足，對各種書體駕輕就熟，加之對楷書之嚴正、草書之流暢、隸書之雄強、篆書之古拙成竹在胸；故而能運用多種豐富變化的筆法，雄渾取勝，樸拙出美，不求態而無態不備，不求美而美蘊其中，形成個人典雅、靈動、形神兼備、跌宕多姿的藝術風格。作品多次在國內外書畫大展賽中入展並分別獲一、二、三、精品獎、優秀獎、書聖杯金獎。
